Information about winter camp in Murzasichle 01-08.02.2025
Departure:
Gathering on 01.01.2025 (Saturday) at the railway station opposite PKP intercity at 8.30 a.m. Departure of train no. 73104 at 9.15 a.m. Car 14 seats: 52, 54, 56, 57, 58, 61-68, 71-78, 81, 83, 85-88, carriage 21 seats: 62, 63, 64-68 71, 72, 73, 74, 76, 78 (for wagon 21 we ask that players born 2011 and older are directed). Parents are asked to help with the luggage on the train. Planned arrival in Krakow 12.11. We will travel from Krakow to Murzasichle by coach. Children with motion sickness should be provided with appropriate medication. Children should be provided with food for the journey. We start the camp with dinner. Upon arrival at the assembly point, please report your presence to the coaches. Please describe (label) the suitcases, ski equipment with your name and surname and the name of the MAKO JUDO club. Suitcases preferably on wheels.
BusThere will also be a minibus to Murzasichle - we can take some of the equipment on the minibus (especially the youngest participants) - information about the place of the minibus will be provided by coach Grzegorz Tobiasz.
Return 08.01.2024 (Saturday) - At approximately 20.46 - the exact time will be announced at the camp. We leave Poronin at 14.40.

Camp documents:
We kindly ask you to provide all camp documents preferably before departure and to fill them in accurately (participant's qualification card, consent to medical treatment, signed terms and conditions of the camp, photocopy from the child's health booklet concerning vaccinations - if there is no photocopy of documents concerning vaccinations, please pack the child's health booklet with information on vaccinations in the luggage). It is best to deliver the documents to the coaches by 29.01.2025. If the children do not have valid sports examinations - written consent of the parents to participate in the camp without valid sports examinations. You can also send the documents as a PDF file to judomako@gmail.com , and deliver the originals in your shirt on the day of departure - 3 documents : Qualification card, consent to treatment, conditions and regulations - documents with the name Murzasichle 2025

Invoices:
Invoices will be issued in the week before the trip and will be sent by e-mail once the payment has been credited. Please be precise with your invoice details, i.e. to whom the invoice is to be issued and what the content is to be. Workplaces have their own set formulas. Invoice data can be emailed to judomako@gmail.com.
Pocketbook:
If you would like to deposit pocket money with the coaches please wrap the money in an envelope and hand it in on the day of departure. It is best to pack this in an envelope with instructions on how to dispose of the money. Please put the denominations of £20, £10. Please count the amount you hand over carefully - there have been times when there has been too little or too much😊.
Money for lifts: PLN 300 in cash to be handed over to coaches
We anticipate, depending on the weather, 1 outing per day to the slopes - 2 h.
Equipment hire: we use the rental and ski slope www.hajduk-ski.pl/ price of renting a set (skis or board, helmet, boots - 30 zł/day)
Phones and valuables:
It is best not to bring valuables to camp. Phones will be collected on site from the children and issued to contact their parents every 2nd or 3rd day (exact contact information will be given once the times of meals and training at the camp have been decided on the 2nd day of the camp at the latest). We anticipate that contact will be between 1 and 3 p.m. Daily coverage of the camp will be on fb .
What to bring to camp:
- Inventory of items on a sheet of paper - plus a tick mark for ski equipment (company, name etc.).
- Ski equipment including a well-fitted helmet - equipment can be hired on site
- Preferably for the child's convenience - a suitcase, a wheeled bag (bags, suitcases, please label with the child's name)
- Swimsuit, swimming trunks, flip-flops for the pool
- 2 warm hats, 2 sets of waterproof gloves including one for the slopes
- Washing utensils (soap, toothpaste etc.) , 2 towels and an additional pool towel.
- Underwear for every day of the week + warm thermal underwear - pants
- Warm jacket, things to go out on the slopes
- Warm stuff
- Judogi (kimono)
- Running shoes with thick soles (separate for training) not trainers - we also do outdoor training
- Field training suit, tracksuit
- Pyjamas - things to sleep in
- Small backpack for outings e.g. to the shop, excursions, etc.
Medicines:
If your child is taking important medication and you may not see to this yourself please include a slip of paper with the medication as you take it. Please indicate this information on the qualification sheet.
